Wellbeing Reset Days
We run wellbeing sessions on a half day (3 hours) or full day (6 hours) basis. Both durations require upfront costs and planning for attendees specific needs.
We always provide food and drinks to enjoy at different parts of our wellbeing sessions and try to cater for all requirements. We also plan our classes around the level of experience people have with yoga and the other activities. We do request that you fill in our participant questionnaire at least 72 hours prior to the session.
We understand that people book these sessions with the intention of attending, however unexpected events might cause a person to cancel.
Our Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Because we host these smaller sessions right here in our home, spaces are very limited and a lot of love goes into the preparation. We begin prepping fresh food and materials 72 hours before each session.
- Cancellations with 72+ hours notice: You will receive an account credit for a future session.
- Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice: Because our home groups are small, last-minute spots are very hard to fill, and your food ingredients will have already been bought and prepped. Therefore, we cannot offer a credit However, if we have a waiting list and can fill your spot, we will happily credit you for a future date.
- Pass it to a friend: You are always welcome to send someone else in your place! If you do this, please let us know their name and email address before the session so we can send them the questionnaire so we understand their dietary and experience with the planned activities.
Live Group Classes
We offer group classes during school term time (typically in accordance of our son's school term schedule), both online and in person.
These classes are accessible via Zoom. You are welcome to join at any stage, but please ensure your microphone is muted. This link is intended for your use only, but if you have guests at your location, it's fine that they join alongside you. If you have paid for a drop in and the internet connection continuously drops you (from our side only), we will refund your class.
These classes run in our Cookham location, typically in 6 week blocks, booked by emailing yogatonicuk@gmail.com. We do not accept drop ins, other than in special circumstances (e.g., If we have space, someone might want to try out our class style, with the intention of joining the full block later). We understand that last minute obligations or holidays might only allow a partial attendance for the block of classes. However, we do require full payment for that 6 week block in advance of the term starting.
To minimise disruption, please arrive a few minutes early, silence your mobiles and leave your shoes in the entryway. If you plan on missing the class, please let us know prior to the class starting.
We offer 1-to-1's, small groups or local businesses group classes on a private basis. These classes are run in blocks, payable in advance and offer more flexibility with dates and times. These classes are not necessarily limited to school term schedules; It is based on availability of both parties. There is a 24 hour notice requirement on both sides, if a class needs to be cancelled and rescheduled.
