Meet Tim & Shannon

We both spent over 20 years working full time in various corporate roles before turning to our passion of teaching yoga and supporting clients wellbeing.


Like many people, we've experienced periods where life felt busy, overwhelming and out of balance.


Over the years we've learned that wellbeing isn't about chasing perfection.


It's about making choices that help us feel better more often.


That's why we created My Life Tonic.
