3 Hour Wellbeing Reset Days

If you're feeling overwhelmed, off balance, or simply stuck, you’re not alone.


Knowing where to start is perhaps the biggest challenge.


Over the last 6 months or so we've enjoyed hosting full day Reset Days which have been great.

We appreciate that taking a full day out of our busy lives can be challenge.... that's why we've set up a 3 hour Wellbeing Reset Day.

Your Wellbeing Reset Starts Here

The My Life Tonic Wellbeing Reset day has been designed to help you realign and reset your wellbeing in a friendly, welcoming environment. After years of teaching yoga, experiencing the benefits of contrast therapy and deepening our understanding of wellbeing we want to help share our knowledge with you.


Vinyasa Flow Yoga - 2 guided breathwork sessions - Contrast therapy session (Sauna and cold water) -

Nutritious & healthy snacks - Restorative yoga

Our sessions - Open to everyone

Sunday 26th April

2 times to choose from:

10am to 1pm -OR- 2pm to 5pm


Small group: Limited 8 people


Directions:

Join us at the studio (SL6 9RT)


What to bring:

  • Swimming costume, towel, warm clothes (hat and gloves) and sense of adventure


Price includes:

  • 2 yoga classes (Vinyasa flow, breathwork, restorative)
  • Saunas (Heated stone and wood burning sauna tent)
  • Cold water tubs of many temperatures
  • Healthy snacks (gluten free), coffee and tea
  • Parking
  • Free access to all on demand classes and videos for 12 months
