The My Life Tonic Wellbeing Reset day has been designed to help you realign and reset your wellbeing in a friendly, welcoming environment. After years of teaching yoga, experiencing the benefits of contrast therapy and deepening our understanding of wellbeing we want to help share our knowledge with you.
Whether you're ready to reset your mindset, restore your energy, or reconnect with what matters, we’ll help you make meaningful, lasting change.

- Dates
Sunday 21st September and Sunday 5th October
- Time - 10am to 4pm
- Cost - £150 pp
- Spaces - limited number available
Directions - Join us at the studio (SL6 9RT)
What to bring - swimming costume, towel, warm clothes (hat and gloves)...and sense of adventure
Parking and Changing on-site
Price includes
Yoga classes, saunas and coldwater, vegetarian lunch, parking.
