6 Week Wellbeing Reset Pilot Programme

What Is the Wellbeing Reset Programme?
A guided, 6-week programme to help you make small, measurable changes — with structure, accountability, and support.
If you’ve completed a Wellbeing Scorecard or attended one of our Reset Days, you’ll already have insight into where your wellbeing could improve.
The missing piece for many people isn’t knowledge — it’s support to turn insight into action.
The Wellbeing Reset Programme is a coach-led, small-group programme that supports you over 6 weeks to:
- Build simple, sustainable wellbeing habits
- Increase energy, strength, and resilience
- Create consistency without overwhelm
- Feel supported and accountable as you make change
This is not a fitness challenge or a rigid plan.
It’s a structured reset that meets you where you are and helps you move forward — one week at a time.

Who Is This For?
The Reset is ideal if you:
- Feel out of rhythm with your health or energy
- Want to feel stronger, calmer, and more in control
- Have tried “doing it alone” and want accountability
- Are in midlife and recognise that your body needs a more considered approach
- Don’t want extremes — but do want results
You don’t need to be “fit”, flexible, or experienced.
You just need to be willing to show up and engage.
How the Programme Works
6 Weeks | Small Group | Fully Online
Each week includes:
1. A Weekly Group Coaching Call (45 mins, Zoom)
A supportive space to:
- Reflect on the previous week
- Learn the focus for the week ahead
- Ask questions and troubleshoot challenges
- Stay motivated and connected
2. Simple Weekly Habits
Each week has:
- A clear wellbeing theme (e.g. energy, sleep, strength, stress)
- 2–3 small, measurable habits
- An optional challenge for those who want to go further
3. Accountability & Support
- A private WhatsApp group for simple check-ins
- Weekly written reflection (3 short questions)
- A brief personalised response from one of your coaches
You’ll never be left wondering if you’re “doing it right”.
Because our in-person classes are often full, the Reset is designed to be fully accessible online.
You’ll receive access to:
- A curated library of on-demand yoga and movement videos
- Gentle strength, mobility, and recovery practices you can do at home
- Optional guidance on cold water exposure ❄️
Cold exposure is completely optional and can be as simple as:
- Finishing a shower with 30 seconds of cold
- Gradually building confidence over the 6 weeks
We include cold exposure because of its benefits for:
- Recovery and circulation
- Metabolic health
- Nervous system resilience
- Mental clarity and confidence
